More than thirty years ago, Rita graduated with the very first class of eyelash estheticians certified in Missouri. Upon certification, she launched her career as a woman business owner—specializing in eyelash extensions and developing her own line of beauty products. Rita is a pioneer.
Nancy is an ophthalmologist, surgeon, and inventor. With patented surgical tools designed to improve precision in eye surgery, she immediately recognized the opportunity. The solution was deceptively simple: design a streamlined tool that aligns lash extensions with adhesive directly at the tip of the tweezers—eliminating unnecessary, time-wasting movements.
